Melinda Forster is a South African-born ceramic artist living and working in Los Angeles. Her work explores the power of abstract form to evoke both emotional and cerebral responses. Fascinated by how subtle shifts in line, shape, and proximity can alter our perception of an object, Forster creates sculptural ceramics that reveal the complexity beneath the apparent calm of a simple surface.
